Salary: £155 - £185 per day (Depending on Experience)

About the Role
A specialist Section Post-16 provision in Hounslow is seeking an experienced and motivated SEN Tutor to support young people aged 16-25 with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and learning disabilities.
You will deliver small group, differentiated teaching across employability pathways, Functional Skills (English & Maths) and PSHE, helping learners build confidence, independence and nationally recognised qualifications.
This role is ideal for an SEN Teacher, SEND Tutor, Functional Skills Tutor or Post-16 Lecturer passionate about inclusive education.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons aligned to national standards
Embed English, Maths and British Values into teaching
Assess learners using RARPA and maintain individual learning plans
Monitor progress and attend learner reviews
Support safeguarding, behaviour management and health & safety complianceCandidate Requirements
Essential:
Experience teaching or tutoring learners with SEN / SEND / Learning Disabilities
Level 3 Maths and English, PGCE or Degree in Education.
Strong communication and organisational skills
Enhanced DBS (Child & Adult Workforce)
IT proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
