A well‑established, family‑owned distributor and leading name in the UK dental laboratory supply market is looking to appoint an Internal Sales Executive at its Buckinghamshire office. With a product portfolio spanning over 150,000 SKUs, this business is the go‑to partner for dental laboratories of all sizes across the UK, from one‑person studios to large commercial operations.
The Role
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will manage and develop a portfolio of dental laboratory accounts through outbound calling, order management and account support. Working Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, this is an office‑based role with no requirement for field travel.
Key responsibilities include:
* Making 25‑30 outbound calls per day to dental laboratory customers
* Processing orders with a 3 pm same‑day cut‑off for next‑day delivery
* Managing and growing an existing customer base
* Building strong relationships with lab owners, managers and technicians
* Working towards daily, monthly and end‑of‑month KPIs
* Collaborating with field sales representatives to maximise territory performance
* Supporting administrative tasks including call planning and end‑of‑day reporting

Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a commercially minded, people‑first individual who thrives in a target‑driven environment. The following backgrounds are of particular interest:
* Experience in outbound or internal B2B sales, telesales or account management
* A background in dental laboratory technology, dental supply or a related healthcare/clinical field is advantageous (not essential)
* Retail, import/export or customer‑facing experience considered where a strong sales aptitude is demonstrated
* Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
* Target‑driven with a resilient, positive approach to KPI‑focused work
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when processing orders and managing a call plan
* Comfortable working with digital tools including iPads, laptops and CRM/order management systems
The Package
* £28,000 base salary
* £5,000 OTE uncapped – paid monthly and annually
* 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays (including Christmas and New Year closure)
