As an internal Sales Executive, you’ll be at the heart of customer engagement — reigniting relationships and driving sales success through genuine conversations. You’ll be calling warm leads (existing customers who already know and love the products), so every interaction is an opportunity to reconnect and add value. Key Duties: Re-engage lapsed and inactive customers through phone calls, emails, and digital outreach to rebuild relationships and identify new sales opportunities. Maintain regular contact with existing and previous customers to understand their needs, product usage, and potential for repeat business. Promote new products, services, or promotions relevant to customer history and buying patterns. Update and maintain CRM records accurately, ensuring all communications, opportunities, and outcomes are logged. Follow up on warm leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals to convert them into active accounts. Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to build trust and long-term relationships. Meet and exceed sales and reactivation targets, contributing to overall business growth. Prepare regular activity and performance reports highlighting customer feedback, conversion rates, and emerging sales trends.
