If youre passionate about property and eager to develop a long-term surveying career, you could be a great fit. Youll qualify if you meetONEof the following:
* 1 yearrelevant experience+ RICS-accredited bachelors degree
* 2 yearsrelevant experience+ RICS-accredited higher/advanced/foundation qualification
* 4 yearsrelevant experience (no qualification required), such as:
o Estate agency
o Domestic energy assessment
o Property management
We also welcome candidates who have completed theSAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying & Valuation.
As a Trainee Surveyor, youll learn directly from experienced professionals while building your technical expertise. Your role will include:
* Shadowing mentors during property inspections, surveys, and valuations
* Attending structured classroom and workshop sessions
* Learning how to interpret data, analyse property details, and produce accurate professional reports
