They help thousands of customers annually by surveying and valuing their homes.\n\nTheir support team play a critical role in ensuring that survey appointments are booked with customers and to ensure that surveyor diaries are structured efficiently. Constant contact with both customers and colleagues is required so being a confident and helpful communicator is key in this role.\n\nPlease note that this is an inital 14 month contract with the opportunity for a permanent role after this for the right candidate.\n\nThe successful candidate should have strong logistical skills and be able to prioritise their workload and the workload of the surveyor diaries they control. Whilst you learn on the job, you will be working towards a Level 6 SVQ in Business and Administration and will be supported throughout undertaking this.\n\nKey Responsibilities include:\n\uD83D\uDD39Receiving and inputting survey and/or retrofit instructions from varying client bases\n\uD83D\uDD39Providing support to Surveyors by arranging day-today diaries and appointments\n\uD83D\uDD39General administration in dealing with incoming and outgoing fax-to-email, e-mail enquiries and telephone enquiries\n\uD83D\uDD39Providing support to regional office network\n\uD83D\uDD39Dealing with incoming phone enquiries from customers and making outgoing calls to customers\n\nSkills and Qualities:\n\uD83D\uDD39Organised and able to constantly multi-task\n\uD83D\uDD39Confident and efficient communicator who understands the importance of good customer service\n\uD83D\uDD39Ability to thrive and enjoy working in a high performing, customer centric environment\n\uD83D\uDD39Able to use Microsoft Office software with an aptitude to learn new systems\n\nThe successful candidate will have to complete pre-employment checks prior to starting. \uD83D\uDD38You will learn the importance of communication and accuracy.\n\n\uD83D\uDD38You will gain skills in organisation and multitasking.\n\n\uD83D\uDD38You will be working towards a Level 6 SVQ in Business and Administration whilst learning on the job and will be supported throughout. National 5 qualifications in English and Maths are preferrable and National 5 qualification in Administration/ IT/ Business is a bonus.
