Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Care Administrator to join our vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional client support and ensure smooth communication between our company and valued customers. As a key member of our customer service team, you will manage enquiries, facilitate data entry, and coordinate service, breakdown and maintenance requirements from both private and new build customer.
Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will help foster positive relationships and enhance overall customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to customer service, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing clear and professional assistance as needed.
* Maintain accurate data entry of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
* Assist with data entry tasks related to client information, order processing, and service requests with precision and attention to detail.
* Coordinating appointments, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex cases to appropriate teams.
* Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure a positive experience for all customers.
* Communicate with customers and housing developers by phone, email and letter to plan the workload of operatives.
* Organise materials for jobs.
* Updating bespoke software systems.
Experience
* Previous experience in a customer support role is highly preferred.
* Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
* A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer care.
* Experience of working accurately and effectively with minimal supervision.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively, identify customer needs, and provide tailored solutions.
* Experience of working under pressure.

Salary will be paid at national minimum wage.
Working hours will be Monday - Friday 9am to 4.30pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.
