We are looking for a technically strong Liability Desktop Adjuster to investigate and manage property damage claims (primarily utilities-based), working autonomously and under referral where required.
What you will do as a Liability Desktop Adjuster:
* Investigating and handling liability property damage claims
* Assessing evidence and identifying suspicious indicators
* Instructing experts and managing referrals
* Maintaining strong client and customer communication
* Proactive diary and process management
What You’ll Need:
* Strong understanding of the claims process
* Excellent investigative and analytical skills
* Confident communication and customer service ability
* Ability to work independently
