Support Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) : Assist in delivering the EYFS curriculum, providing tailored learning experiences that promote children's holistic development. Create a Safe Environment : Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures. Plan and Deliver Activities : Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that foster children's social, emotional, and physical development. Observe and Assess : Regularly observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and contributing to individual development plans. Build Relationships : Foster trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive learning atmosphere. Key Person Role : Act as a key person for a designated group of children, supporting their individual learning and care routines. Promote Independence : Encourage children's independence, self-esteem, and social skills through purposeful interactions and play-based learning. Collaborate with Team Members : Work effectively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education, contributing to continuous improvement.
