About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate leader to join us at our Bognor Regis Resort to lead our Burger King operation.
As a Venue Manager, you will be responsible for leading all day-to-day operations, helping our guests create smiles by providing a great dining experience. You’ll be part of a large team dedicated to offering our guests a fun and entertaining holiday.
You should enjoy developing people and be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through team training and coaching in a fun-filled environment.
You will drive standards and lead your team to excellence, ensuring all brand standards and Butlin’s ways of working are met. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you’ll thrive in a busy environment and maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness.
Your role involves maintaining brand standards, being guest-focused, and operating efficiently. You will analyze KPIs and stock control systems to drive sales, maximize profit margins, control costs, and adhere to food safety and health & safety policies.
We seek a leader who inspires others and leads by example, supporting team development through regular 121s and PDP discussions. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as no two days are the same, and guest experience is your top priority.
This operational, guest-facing role involves spending most of your time within your venue and with guests. Typical hours are 40 per week, with shifts from 6am to 3am.
About You
You should have prior leadership experience in a quick service or fast food environment, with a passion for team development and coaching. Strong commercial acumen and confident people management skills are essential, including onboarding, PDPs, performance management, and HR processes.
You should be committed to delivering an excellent guest experience, managing multiple priorities, and adapting quickly to changing requirements. Familiarity with audit processes and striving for top results are also important.
