Job Summary:
As a Junior Graphic Designer at Sticky Baits, you will be an essential part of our creative team, assisting in the creation of visually appealing and brand-consistent designs. You will work on a variety of design projects, including marketing materials, social media graphics, packaging, film and website visuals. Key Responsibilities:
* Graphic Design:
* Create visually compelling graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, film and print materials.
* Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.
* Collaborative Projects:
* Work closely with the Marketing Manager and the marketing team to develop and execute design concepts.
* Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and designapproaches.
* Design Revisions:
* Make revisions to designs based on feedback from the Marketing Manager and other stakeholders.
* Ensure timely updates and delivery of design projects.
* Digital Asset Management:
* Organise and maintain a library of digital assets, including images, logos, and design templates.
* Ensure all assets are properly labeled and easily accessible for the team.
* Market Research:
* Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices.
* Conduct research on competitors and industry design standards to keep designs current and competitive.
* Social Media Content:
* Design engaging graphics and visuals for social media platforms.
* Collaborate with the social media team to ensure designs are optimised for various platforms.
* Packaging and Label Design:
* Assist in creating and updating packaging and label designs for new and existing products.
* Ensure packaging and label designs are functional, attractive, and meet regulatory requirements.
* Website Design Support:
* Create and update graphics for the company website, ensuring a cohesive visual experience.
* Work with the web development company to implement design changes and enhancements.
* Print Materials:
* Design flyers, brochures, posters, and other print materials for marketing and promotional purposes.
* Ensure print designs are high-quality and print-ready.
* Brand Consistency:
* Ensure all design work maintains brand consistency across all channels and materials.
* Adhere to brand guidelines and help enforce them throughout the organisation.
* Project Management:
* Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Communicate progress and any potential issues to the Marketing Manager.
* Training and Development:
* Always be looking to enhance design skills and software proficiency.
* Seek feedback and continuously strive to improve design techniques and knowledge.

Pay: £24,420.00-£26,500.00 per year
