What you'll do:
* Manage and progress a variety of PI and industrial disease claims
* Draft key documents, liaise with counsel and experts and prepare trial-ready bundles
* Attend hearings and support ADR/settlement negotiations
* Supervise Trainees/Paralegals and contribute to team know-how
What we're looking for:
* Qualified Chartered Legal Executive with at least 1 PQE
* Experience managing your own claimant PI/industrial diseasecaseload
* Multitrack PI experience desirable but industrial disease experience not essential
