THE COMPANY: Our client has the largest neuro offering in the UK! THE ROLE: A field-based position, selling to consultants/surgeons, theatre staff and procurement. Via Clinical Trials you'll be selling a range of surgical devices, capex, hardware and implants used in neuro centres. There are 7 key centres across this territory, 50% of your time will account managing. Due to the nature of this role, you'll spend a lot of time in theatre! Trials can run for 2/3 weeks.
This role will involve lots of business development too. You will benefit from leads and referrals based on the brand's reputation, also tasked with lead generation and developing solid business plans to execute strategic within the division. You'll be targeted on sales objectives and site audits. Focusing on value proposition, not a transactional sell!
Requirements:
* Full driving licence
* Must have neuro/spinal background
* Happy to work in theatre daily to support trials
* Ideal candidates will have commercial sales experience
The Package for Territory Manager:
* Basic: £35,000 - 43,000 dependent on experience.
* Commission: £22,000+ uncapped.
* Fully expensed company car - no allowance option
