As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will connect talented candidates with thriving businesses, delivering outstanding service every step of the way. You'll follow process, but also think creatively to find the best solutions for our clients. You'll work hard, stay positive, and be proud of the service you deliver across Yorkshire.
What We're Looking For:
Graduate (any subject, 2:2 or above) - Business, HR, Marketing, or Management degrees ideal but flexible
Forward-thinking, tech-savvy and keen to review and improve processes
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to candidates and clients
Resilient, positive, and hungry to build a long-term career in recruitment
Full UK driving licence is essential
