Page load speeds meet agreed performance benchmarks across devices. Number of recurring bugs or system errors reduced over time. What we’re looking for in our Web Developer : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field. Equivalent experience or relevant professional certifications (e.g., Google Professional Web Developer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer, CIW Web Development) may also be considered. 2 - 3 years existing experience within a similar role Proven experience as a Web Developer, Front-End Developer, or Full-Stack Developer. Demonstrable portfolio of websites or web applications. Experience working with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first development. Experience with API integration, version control, and modern development workflows.
