CAVU Reward Analyst – Manchester/Hybrid – Permanent

What’s the role?
* Acting as the first-line contact for job evaluation and salary benchmarking, providing well-grounded, consistent reward recommendations.
* Supporting global compensation processes such as pay awards, annual incentive plans, and benefits renewals.
* Assisting in the development and implementation of global compensation frameworks and salary structures.
* Contributing to reward projects, including M&A activity and new market entry.
* Partnering with Internal Communications to deliver employee communications around reward cycles and initiatives.
* Collaborating closely with People Business Partners, People Directors, senior stakeholders, and Group colleagues to ensure robust reward support and governance.
About You
You’ll bring significant experience in Reward or Compensation & Benefits within a global, fast-moving organisation. You’ll have hands-on expertise in managing pay and bonus cycles, alongside a strong understanding of job evaluation and market benchmarking.
* Strong technical expertise, particularly in Excel (advanced level) and ideally Power Query.
* Skilled in modelling and analysing complex data sets, with the ability to present insights in a clear and practical way to non-technical audiences.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and resilience.
* Collaborative by nature, with experience working with People Business Partners, Directors, and senior stakeholders.
* Experience operating in complex international environments.
