The role ensures compliance with safety, environmental, financial, and procurement standards, manages stakeholders, and provides accurate regulatory reporting.

What will your day look like

* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, environmental, procurement, financial, and contractual standards.
* Liaise with internal and external clients to meet SLAs and maintain strong relationships.
* Produce accurate, regulator-compliant reports based on field data.
* Lead and mentor the team, driving efficiency, sustainability, and innovation in delivery.
* Monitor project status, implement improvements, and manage cost risks for commercial viability.
* Develop and maintain project programmes, cost forecasts, and weekly updates.
* Own project delivery including costs, documentation, procurement, and site activities.
* Communicate clearly and foster an environment of openness and constructive feedback.

* A selection of lifestyle benefit options
* Financial wellbeing programme
* Employee assistance programme for health and wellbeing and onsite mental health first aiders to support our colleagues.

* Rewards initiative for achieving recognised professional qualifications.
