Working within a very friendly team supporting the Senior Contracts Manager with daily programming, your duties as Contracts Coordinator will include:
1. Receiving works orders from clients
2. Booking works in with the Senior Contracts Manager for programming
3. Working under own initiative to prepare work instruction packs for crews on the road
4. Compiling spreadsheet schedules for works progress
5. Dealing with clients on the phone/email/Teams and updating progress
6. Some billing for works completed in the month for month end invoicing
7. Using a couple of bespoke systems together with Word, Excel and Teams
You will have:
8. Previous experience in a busy operational office
9. Good IT skills including Excel and general Microsoft Office applications
10. Excellent planning and organisational skills
