The Converters Group is a fast-growing home improvement group in Scotland, covering Conservatory Conversions, Garage Conversions, Home Extensions, Windows & Doors, and more. With ambitious growth plans and an expanding digital presence, we're looking for a talented PPC Executive to join our in-house marketing team and help scale our paid advertising across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
The Role
As PPC Executive, you'll take ownership of our paid campaigns – from strategy and planning through to execution, optimisation, and reporting. You'll work closely with our digital team to generate quality leads, maximise ROI, and grow our brand presence across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, build, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms
* Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
* Write engaging ad copy and test creatives for improved CTR
* Monitor budgets and bids to achieve cost-effective results
* Analyse performance data, providing clear reports and actionable insights
* Continuously optimise campaigns for conversions and ROI
* Work with the wider marketing team to align PPC with SEO, social, and offline activity
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads essential)
* Strong analytical skills and confidence in reporting performance
* Knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution, and lead generation
* Familiarity with Meta Ads, and Display/Remarketing campaigns
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage budgets
* A proactive, results-driven mindset with creative problem-solving skills
