Job Description:
Fram Search is working with a growing financial services firm that is looking to strengthen its approach to incident analysis and complaints handling. This opportunity is within the operations function and is suitable for someone with a strong background in investigations, reporting, and client communications.
The role involves investigating operational incidents, working closely with internal teams to identify root causes, and supporting the implementation of effective corrective measures. Responsibilities also include producing incident trend analysis and commentary for operational leadership.
