Design Technology Teacher needed for SEND School across Birmingham.

Do you have a good understanding of the national curriculum? Are you able to deliver engaging lessons to secondary age students who have SEND?
A specialist DT Teacher is required for long term supply cover to work in SEND schools in Birmingham with hopes to start after the Easter break 2025.
The role will be delivering an engaging curriculum and requires a versatile DT Teacher who is creative and caring in their approach. The group of schools has a team of dedicated Teaching Assistants and specialist support staff who provide fantastic support to the students.
The students are vulnerable and may need that little bit extra support to develop socially as well as academically. The successful DT Teacher will have excellent communication skills and be able to engage students through creative teaching.

The ideal Teacher will have:
* UK QTS with SEND experience.
* Specialty in teaching DT.
* The ability to follow the National Curriculum and provide creative lessons.
* A full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
* A positive approach to teaching.
* The ability to build good relationships with the staff and pupils.
* Fantastic classroom management.
