Nursery Nurses and Teaching Assistants Required Job Description Location: South East England, Surrey, Croydon Job Type: Contract, Full-Time Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £85 - £100 Per day Job Duties: Assist in the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum Support the lead teacher in planning and delivering engaging educational activities Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children Supervise and interact with children during playtime and educational activities Assist with children's personal care needs, including feeding and changing Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development Communicate effectively with parents and other staff members Participate in staff meetings and training sessions Required Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance First Aid certification Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills: Prior experience working with children in a nursery or school setting Understanding of the EYFS framework Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Basic knowledge of child development principles Preferred Qualifications: SEN (Special Educational Needs) experience Additional training in safeguarding and child protection Experience working with children with diverse backgrounds and abilities Working Conditions: Full-time position, working hours may vary Fast-paced and dynamic environment Opportunities for professional development and training Regular interaction with children and parents All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
