📍 East Kilbride | 🕒 Full-Time | 🏢 On-Site Only

đź’· ÂŁ25,000 base + OTE Uncapped & Negotiable( Estimate 15k+ based on experience)

We’ve built our reputation on trust, consistency, and long-term relationships — and now we’re ready to grow. We're looking for a self-driven Business Development Manager to lead that growth from the front.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of business development in a proven, well-respected company. You’ll be the first dedicated hire in this function — trusted to shape, build, and lead outbound activity, while being coached and supported strategically by our Sales Director.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

* Identify and research potential clients across key sectors
* Use LinkedIn, email, phone, and creative campaigns to generate new conversations
* Build your own pipeline and manage follow-ups through a simple CRM
* Design outreach materials using tools like Canva (templates provided)
* Book qualified meetings and support follow-through with our Director
* Support from a Sales coach (remote) for coaching, planning, and tactical support
* Help define the sales process and lay the foundation for future growth

🎯 You’ll Be a Great Fit If You

* Are a self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen
* A recent graduate looking for career stability and the chance to grow
* Have strong written and verbal communication skills
* Are confident (or quick to learn) using LinkedIn, Canva, and CRM tools
* Understand or are keen to learn about IT support, cybersecurity, and cloud services
* Want to be part of a small, trusted team where you can make a big impact
* Prefer working on-site with direct access to leadership

* Negotiable commission structure. Uncapped but expected earnings +15k
