This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator to join a highly regarded construction company. The role offers ongoing professional development, a clear progression pathway through the commercial team, and the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of high‑end and bespoke construction projects.

The company specialises in prime residential construction, with projects typically ranging from £2m-£5m and larger flagship developments approaching £20m in value. The focus lies within high‑end bespoke residential work, including extensions, refurbishments, conversions and new‑build homes, alongside selected heritage and commercial projects.

The Role

• Working on high‑end residential and heritage projects
• Preparing tenders, budgets and cost estimates
• Producing take‑offs, bills of quantities and schedules of works
• Client‑facing role with site visits and collaboration across teams
• Ongoing training, development and progression opportunities
• Hybrid role, expected to work in the office at least twice a week

The Person

• Estimator with construction industry experience
• Understanding of bespoke construction methods
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Previous estimating experience within the construction industry
