What you'll be doing Connecting with our customers over the phone and text chat, helping them with their queries and placing orders for them over the phone. Recommending our amazing products through real, honest conversations - ensuring our customers know everything they need to know about the product and the optional extras we have available. Helping customers who have already bought furniture from us using your expertise as a salesperson, from helping them choose furniture that will fit into the property if access has already been a problem, to amending orders when customers have made a mistake or changed their mind.
