The Role: We are looking for an individual with proven experience in programme or project management within Finance, Service Delivery, IT, Pre/Post Sales or Business Transformation to join our team to lead the transformation of the Finance & Solutions engine. This role will be focusing on simplifying and automating the customer lifecycle, strengthening financial integrity and enabling a predictable delivery engine to support complex solutions and expanding managed services. What You’ll Be Doing: Strategic Leadership Lead the Finance & Solutions workstream within the Transformation Programme, ensuring alignment with Kubus’ strategic shift to a services-led operating model. Translate commercial, financial and service-delivery goals into clear programmes with outcomes, KPIs, timelines and measurable value creation. Define the future-state operating model across Finance, Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, IT/Technical and Service Delivery, ensuring scalability, repeatability and auditability. Partner closely with the Finance Director, Head of Transformation and Chief Technical Officer to shape investment cases, programme priorities and architectural decisions. Present risks, progress and benefits through SteerCo and PMO governance structures. Programme Management & Delivery Deliver governed programmes that modernise, integrate and automate Finance and Solutions processes – spanning quoting, solution design, scoping, implementation, billing, service management, renewals and support. Lead Business Process Reengineering across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, service transition, service delivery and financial control processes. Oversee systems transformation across Salesforce, NetSuite and ITSM tooling to ensure end-to-end lifecycle integrity (from opportunity à solution à delivery à billing à renewal). Ensure CRM-ERP-Service systems alignment, eliminating manual reconciling and reducing margin leakage, billing risk and operational dependency on individuals. Coordinate dependencies between Finance, Solutions, Commercial Ops, Data, Systems, Service Ops and Integration teams. Maintain RAID logs, critical paths, resourcing models, governance cadence and reporting via PMO. Finance Transformation Strengthen financial processes and controls to meet PE and Board expectations for governance, data quality, consistency and audit readiness. Improve accuracy and automation across forecasting, revenue recognition, costing models, margin reporting, WIP, deferred revenue and project accounting. Develop business cases and ROI assessments for transformation initiatives in collaboration with the Finance Director. Ensure Finance has real-time insight through standardised data models, dashboards and reporting foundations. Solutions Transformation Redesign solution-delivery workflows across Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Professional Services and Managed Services to enable scalable service delivery. Introduce standardised scoping template, implementation playbooks, service transition processes and repeatable delivery frameworks. Enable a well-structured support model with SLAs, OLAs, RACI and service ownership. Partner with IT/Technical leads to embed enterprise-grade service management processes, including incident, problem, change, asset and configuration management. Support the shift from outsourced to insourced professional services delivery, creating capability, capacity and governance frameworks. Data, Systems & Process Transformation Contribute to the creation of a single source of truth across the CRM, ERP and service platforms, ensuring accurate financial, operational and customer data. Define and embed KPIs across finance (e.g. cashflow, margin, billing accuracy, forecast accuracy) and Solutions (e.g. utilisation, attach rate, service delivery performance, project profitability). Identify opportunities for automation and AI across quoting, approvals, billing, reporting and service operations. People & Change Leadership Drive adoption across Finance, Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, IT and Service Delivery through structured change management, training and communications. Facilitate cross-functional workshops, capability uplift and behavioural alignment to support a unified MSP-orientated culture. Influence senior stakeholders and ensure SMEs have protected time for design, testing and deployment. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in programme or project management across Finance, Service Delivery, IT, Pre/Post Sales or Business Transformation. Strong understanding of the VAR/SI business model, including service transition, managed services and recurring revenue models. Experience delivering Finance transformation, including system integration (CRM-ERP-ITSM), financial controls and process automation. Skilled in stakeholder management and influencing senior leaders across diverse technical and commercial functions. Structured, pragmatic and delivery‑focused; strong governance, RAID and risk management capability. Demonstrable experience in systems transformation involving Salesforce, NetSuite, PSA/ITSM tools (desirable). PRINCE2/APM or equivalent qualification (desirable). Experience in PE‑backed or high‑growth environments (desirable).
