Role and responsibilities
* Based from home, service, maintain & repair our customers' Commercial Truck & Bus Wash equipment.
* Cover the Midlands; visit client sites including bus stations, distribution centres, truck dealerships, and similar facilities to perform planned maintenance, servicing & repairs.
* Record all site visits and ensure van parts stock is maintained.
* Communicate effectively and build relationships with all customers.
Your Skills & Experience
* Multi Meter experience.
* Electrical knowledge with problem solving & fault-finding skills.
* Ideally three-phase knowledge (training provided).
* Customer focused and able to build relationships.
* Previous experience in a field-based role.
* Comfortable working indoors and outdoors; able to work alone as well as in a team.
* Full UK Driving License required.
Working Hours
* Working Monday to Friday; travel starts at 8am and you are home before 6pm.
Remuneration
* Package of circa £33,000 to £41,000 based on experience.
* Starting £33,000 - £36,000 (negotiable on experience).
* £5,000 extra if you work 1 weekend a month.
* Mobile phone and company tablet provided.
* All tools & uniforms provided.
* Company vehicle with private use option.
* Fuel card and corporate credit card.
* Company pension scheme.
