Job Description
Vercity Group is the UK's leading provider of project management services to the SPV/PFI sector. Across healthcare, education, and infrastructure we manage in excess of £30 billion UK public sector assets.
Due to an increase in workload, a temporary need has been identified for a SPV, facilities and / or construction professional to support 2 of our projects in Greater London. It is anticipated that the initial duration would last 3 months. Working remotely, with weekly site attendance, the role is responsible for the smooth running of the contracts (in education) ensuring the contract is executed effectively.
You will also be the key contact between the client and the FM provider to ensure positive engagement throughout the projects including managing issues around maintenance, repairs, variations and lifecycle asset management.
The successful candidate will be a facilities / SPV experience professional. You will have strong experience of contractor management and be contractually aware and show commercial acumen.
You will be available at short notice, eligible to work in the UK, and be able to commute to the site on a weekly basis.
