Key Responsibilities: Work closely with students from a range of backgrounds and with varying educational, emotional, and behavioural needs. Implement personalised support strategies to build confidence, independence, and personal development. Assist in teaching essential life skills alongside literacy and numeracy development. Create a supportive and structured environment that encourages positive communication and self-regulation. Plan and facilitate engaging activities that promote peer interaction, teamwork, and community involvement. Support students both within the classroom and during wider school activities. What We’re Looking For: Experience working with young people, ideally within an educational, care, youth work, or support setting. A full UK driving licence and access to transport is highly desirable due to the nature of supporting students across the Greater Norwich area. Adaptability and flexibility to work effectively in different educational environments. Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting young people with diverse needs. A proactive approach to encouraging positive behaviour and developing meaningful relationships. A willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development.
