We are seeking an experienced and motivated Band 7 Occupational Health Nurse to join our occupational health team in Warrington. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a high-quality occupational health service, supporting the health, wellbeing, and safety of employees across a range of organisations.
Key Responsibilities

Provide professional occupational health advice to managers and employees

Conduct management referrals and occupational health assessments
*
Deliver health surveillance programmes
*
Undertake fitness for work assessments
*
Provide case management for sickness absence and complex cases
*
Promote workplace health and wellbeing initiatives
*
Ensure compliance with occupational health legislation and best practice
Requirements
*
Registered Nurse with active NMC registration
*
Occupational Health qualification or equivalent experience
*
Experience working in occupational health, including case management and management referrals
*
Strong report writing and communication skills
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
