Division Details: The Landing Gear division focuses on designing, qualifying, manufacturing, repairing, and overhauling landing gears and critical flight components for OEMs and operators in both commercial and military sectors.
Position Summary: We welcome candidates from all engineering disciplines who are eager to learn new skills or enhance existing ones. A positive attitude towards training and development is essential.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Building, testing, and inspecting mechanical and hydraulic systems.
2. Fitting and assembling sub-assembly parts and components.
3. Identifying and repairing mechanical issues.
4. Using measuring equipment such as micrometers.
5. Ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and H.S.E standards.
6. Working according to engineering drawings, C.M.Ms, and operational instructions.
Qualifications:
Desirable:
* NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
* Previous experience as an Assembly Fitter in the aviation industry.
* Strong understanding of mechanical hydraulic systems.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
