This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth operational processes. Provide administrative support to the Contracts Executive and wider team. Maintain and update contract documentation and client records. Assist with the preparation of reports, proposals, and contract renewals. Liaise with internal departments and external clients to ensure contract requirements are met. Monitor contract timelines and flag key dates or actions. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in an administrative role (experience in contracts or a related industry is a plus). Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
