About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality learning experiences for young children in a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
Purpose of the Role
As an Early Years Educator, you will support the development of children's social, emotional, and cognitive skills through engaging activities and play-based learning. You will work closely with colleagues and parents to ensure every child thrives and reaches their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to Early Years developmental needs.
* Foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere that promotes learning and well-being.
* Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records.
* Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding progress and concerns.
* Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive learning environment.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and statutory requirements (EYFS).
* Model positive behaviour and uphold school policies.
* Attend parent events, staff meetings, and training sessions for CPD.
* Support the senior team to achieve strong inspection outcomes.
* Follow safeguarding and child protection procedures at all times.
Requirements
* Full and relevant Level 2 qualification (Essential).
* Full and relevant Level 3 qualification (Essential).
* Post-qualification experience (Essential). Understanding of child development and safeguarding procedures (Essential).
* Ability to communicate effectively with children and adults (Essential).
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise (Essential).
* Commitment to equality, diversity, and child welfare (Essential).
* Paediatric First Aid and CPD (Desirable).
