WHO YOU ARE
* Experience in delivering technical workshops, presentations, and classes.
* Educated to NVQ Level 2 & 3.
* Experience as an advanced colour expert, commercially astute with an understanding of selling.
* Exceptional confidence.
* Technical, cutting, and styling competence.
* Strong communication skills at all levels.
* Experience building relationships with clients.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
* The ability to inspire, motivate, coach, and develop people.
* A passion for the haircare/skin care industry.
* Strong organizational skills.
* The ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment.
* A full UK Driving License.
