The Role
You’ll advise clients on a wide range of disputes in the agricultural space, including:
* Agricultural tenancy issues
* Property and land disputes
* Contractual and regulatory matters in farming and agri-business
* Environmental and land-use challenges
* Collaborating across the wider team to share knowledge and deliver outstanding results
You’ll also have the chance to get involved in business development, building your network and reputation within this fascinating sector.
What We’re Looking For
* 1–5 years PQE (more experienced candidates also welcomed)
* A background in litigation, agricultural, or commercial property work
* A genuine interest in rural and farming-related legal matters
* Strong drafting and communication skills
* A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for building relationships
* Commercial awareness and an eye for detail
