Ideal Candidate:
8. HNC/Degree in Architectural Technology, Design, or a related field
9. Chartered (MCIAT) with several years of UK-based industry experience
10. Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and detailing in the UK
11. Experienced in AutoCAD; Revit, BIM modelling, and SketchUp Pro advantageous
12. Highly motivated, proactive, and professional with excellent communication skills
13. Strong organisational, time management, and collaborative abilities
14. Resourceful, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work
Daily Duties:
15. Supporting the managing director and the creative design team
16. Producing full planning and construction drawings and specification packages
17. Preparing tender packages and coordinating specialist consultants
18. Conducting on-site surveys and producing record or as-built drawings
19. Carrying out risk assessments and compliance checks for pre-construction
20. Liaising with statutory authorities, suppliers, subcontractors, site managers, and fabricators
21. Supporting the construction team, including contracts directors and site managers
22. Contributing to the smooth delivery of design-driven residential and bespoke projects
