Bibury Trout Farm is seeking a passionate cook/chef to join our team. As cook/chef, you will play a crucial role in preparing home cooked style dining experiences using our sustainably sourced trout and other local ingredients. Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook a simple seasonal menu.
* Assist head chef/management in new menu ideas
* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.

* Participate in training programs to enhance your skills.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a cook or similar role.
* Knowledge of cooking techniques, flavours, and presentation styles.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices would be a bonus.
