Chef de Partie Ideal Profile:
Background in a multi-rosette or Michelin-level kitchen environment

Skilled in precise preparation and presentation of refined dishes

Team-focused with a collaborative and professional attitude

Chef de Partie Responsibilities:
Execute dishes to the highest culinary standards with consistency and care
Take ownership of a section and ensure smooth service delivery
Support senior chefs in menu development and creative execution
Uphold exceptional standards of hygiene, organisation, and mise en place
Contribute to maintaining the restaurant's reputation for excellence
Mentor and guide junior chefs to support their growth within the brigade
