This is a permanent, full time position based at the company’s modern Cheltenham head office. The role offers a competitive basic salary with uncapped commission and genuine scope for progression.
The day to day:
* Proactively generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound activity and targeted research
* Identify and engage prospective clients via telephone, LinkedIn, email and other relevant digital channels
* Conduct detailed research using LinkedIn, media sources, press coverage and sector insights to identify new opportunities
* Develop and nurture professional relationships with prospective clients, building credibility and trust
* Accurately record and manage opportunities within the CRM system
* Work closely with the Head of Department and Sales team to ensure a smooth and effective handover of qualified opportunities
* Share insight and best practice with colleagues, contributing to a collaborative and supportive culture
* Work towards clear and achievable performance targets aligned with wider business objectives

* Previous experience within a sales, business development or target driven commercial environment
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
* Comfortable working to activity targets within a fast paced environment
