Your Role at Husqvarna UK
This is a multi skilled role with an electrical bias working a two-shift pattern. The role is responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of manufacturing equipment and services.
Responsibilities & Key Tasks
The successful applicant will be responsible for maintenance activities associated with single flow Production lines, incorporating Automatic Assembly machines, palletizers and specialised Assembly Cells.
1. React to breakdown situations, carry out fault fining activities and undertake the timely repair of equipment including PLC', Electric drives, robotics, pneumatics and screwdrivers.
2. Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance activities on various plant and machinery.
3. Report and feedback on breakdowns causes, making recommendations on countermeasures.
4. Support equipment commissioning and installation projects across Assembly and Moulding factories.
5. Support the manufacture process of in house projects.
6. Strict adherence to safe working practises and observation of health and safety rules at all times
What We’re Looking for
7. Knowledge of Siemens PLCs and Fanuc Robotics (training will be provided where applicable).
8. Educated to ONC (or equivalent) in an Engineering-related discipline.
9. Successfully completed an approved multi-skilled apprenticeship.
10. Strong electrical bias with proven competencies.
