We are a growing care provider with a close-knit office team. This role is key to helping us strengthen our back-office support as we expand. We are looking for a reliable Finance & Admin Officer to help us keep everything running smoothly.
What you'll do
* Prepare and submit invoices to the local council
* Chase and track payments due
* Manage petty cash and service user funds (ensuring clear separation)
* Support payroll by checking staff hours and expenses
* Keep financial and admin records up to date for audits and compliance
* Provide general office support as needed
What we're looking for
* Strong finance/admin background (care sector experience a bonus)
* Confident with Excel and finance software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
* Good attention to detail and organisation skills
* Able to work independently and meet deadlines
* Flexible and a team player

Job Type: Temp to perm

Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour
