We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to join our busy kitchen team. A good kitchen is a clean kitchen, and as a kitchen assistant you’ll be tasked with ensuring the hygiene and cleanliness are the best they can be whilst supporting chefs with basic tasks.

Salary: £ per hour + overtime rates
Hours: 30 hours per week over 4 days, alternative weekends

Your Role and Responsibilities
13. Washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
14. Baking experince desired
15. Keeping kitchen areas clean and organised
16. Assisting with basic food preparation when required under the supervision of the chefs
17. Unloading deliveries and storing food items properly
18. Assist in the day-to-day operations of kitchen duties
19. Ensuring hygiene and safety standards are maintained
Skills & Requirements
20. A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
21. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
22. Good team player with a willingness to learn
23. A personal and warm approach with a genuine interest of the well-being of our residents
24. It would be helpful to have a basic knowledge of food preparation and food hygiene however full training will be given – so we are keen to speak to anyone who likes a kitchen environment, who is interested and passionate about food and who cares about others
