You’ll create engaging experiences, build strong relationships, and help every child feel valued, confident, and supported — including children with special educational needs and disabilities.What You’ll Be Doing* Planning and delivering fun, age-appropriate activities that support learning and development* Providing high-quality care for babies, toddlers, and preschool children, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times* Supporting children with SEND through tailored activities and positive behaviour strategies* Creating a clean, stimulating, and welcoming learning environment* Building strong partnerships with parents and carers through regular communication and updates* Encouraging positive social interactions and helping children develop confidence and independence* Taking part in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your early years practiceWhat We’re Looking For* A *Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare* (or equivalent)* Experience working with young children in a nursery, preschool, daycare, or similar setting* A good understanding of child development, safeguarding, and behaviour management* Experience or knowledge of SEND is highly desirable* Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for working with children* First Aid certification is an advantage, but we’re happy to support you in gaining thisWhy Join Us?You’ll be joining a nurturing team that truly values its practitioners and recognises the impact they have on children’s lives.
