Overview
The Maintenance Officer ensures that all equipment and facilities are fully functioning and that safety of employees and customers is upheld within the hospices. The Maintenance Officer is responsible for maintaining a high standard of environment across sites.
Responsibilities
* Work across a fast-paced environment and multi-sites
* Carry out reactive and planned maintenance tasks across sites in a professional manner, including an out-of-hours on-call function
* Apply technical experience and knowledge in buildings and facilities maintenance, undertaking activities and support for building, maintenance, plumbing, and related work
* Ensure planned maintenance tasks are completed to the stated schedules and keep detailed records of completed works
