Job Overview Providing a comprehensive parts sales, advice and support service to all customers promoting MAN parts sales both in the Branch and mobile. DutiesResponsibilities: To process any parts related enquires giving the correct identification and information required. To promote MAN parts in compliance with customer upselling guidelines To assist and develop parts sales with the objective of meeting Branch Parts Targets To assist and maintain stock room duties. Attend any training course as deemed necessary by the service manager To ensure compliance and achievement of CSI and UTP targets Ensure workstation and parts dept complies with 5S programme To liaise with customers and assist with any queries, keeping up with progress To maintain the Parts Department standards, adhere and uphold all ISO9002 requirements To provide information, maintain records and carry out all duties in an accurate, efficient and timely manner. To undertake such other tasks as may reasonably be required. To enhance the image and reputation of the company whilst supporting its commercial interests. To comply with good health and safety practice, all statutory requirements, company policies and standard procedures.
