We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in financial administration who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys supporting finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Processing invoices and managing sales & purchase ledger transactions
2. Handling reconciliations and ensuring accounts are accurate
3. Assisting with payroll and maintaining financial records
4. Supporting month-end processes, including VAT returns and reporting
5. Using Sage 50 (or other accounting software) for data entry and financial analysis
6. Liaising with internal teams and external clients regarding finance-related queries
Requirements:
* Prior experience in finance, bookkeeping, or accounting roles
* Strong knowledge of Sage 50 and other financial software
* Ability to manage payroll and reconciliation processes
