Overview

We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Responsibilities

* Greet visitors promptly and courteously, ensuring a welcoming environment
* Answer incoming calls using proper phone etiquette, directing enquiries as appropriate
* Manage front desk activities, including handling mail and deliveries
* Maintain accurate records through data entry and filing systems
* Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently
* Utilise Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for administrative tasks
* Assist with general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and organising documents
* Support team members with various clerical tasks to ensure operational efficiency

Qualifications

* Proven office experience or administrative experience preferred
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
* Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
* Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional communication skills
* Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
* Previous clerical experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for specific software tools
