Offer description

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is transforming the future of last-mile delivery through Central Operations, a strategic initiative that's revolutionizing how we approach route planning, scheduling, and delivery execution. We are seeking a Process Analyst to join our EU Central Operations team, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving AI-powered automation and enhancing our delivery network operations through advanced analytics and intelligent process improvements.

This role uniquely combines deep business operations knowledge with hands-on technical implementation, positioning you at the forefront of AMZL's AI transformation. You'll work at the intersection of operations, analytics, and automation, focusing on complex analytical problems that impact our intra-week forecasting and capacity management processes while developing and deploying AI-driven solutions that scale across our network.

You'll have the opportunity to architect and implement automated workflows, machine learning models, and intelligent decision-support systems that transform how we operate. Your dual expertise in business operations and technical execution will be essential as you translate operational challenges into automated solutions, leveraging AI/ML capabilities to drive efficiency at scale. Using advanced SQL, Python/R programming, and emerging AI technologies, you'll create intelligent dashboards, predictive models, and automated reporting systems that enable proactive decision-making and help avoid in-station volume risks.

You'll partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Data Science, and Engineering to develop and deploy automation solutions that streamline processes and implement AI-powered improvements. This position requires someone who can speak both the language of business operations and technical implementation, bridging the gap between operational needs and technical possibilities.

This position offers exceptional growth opportunities as you develop expertise in AMZL systems, AI/ML applications, and automation frameworks. You'll learn to balance tactical execution with strategic thinking while contributing to the scaling of Central Operations through intelligent automation. Your ability to translate data into actionable insights and automated solutions will be crucial in driving continuous improvement in our last-mile delivery network.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical and analytical skills with deep operational understanding, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for AI-driven process improvement. If you're excited about solving complex operational challenges through automation and contributing to the AI transformation of logistics operations, we want to hear from you.
