Join a leading independent technology and services provider as a Mobile Engineer!Job Overview: We are seeking a Mobile Engineer based around Swindon to support three key sites (Bristol, Carterton & Tidworth) and surrounding spoke sites. The role involves primarily handing out peripherals and end-user devices, managing tickets, and occasional break/fix tasks. A full UK manual driving licence is essential, and SC clearance will be required during the contract.
* Location: On-site (Swindon area, covering Bristol/Carterton/Tidworth)
* Hourly Rate: £18.87 via umbrella/£14.54 via PAYE
* Contract Length: Until 31-Dec-2026

Key Responsibilities
* Distribute peripherals and end-user devices to customers on-site
* Manage and update tickets appropriately
* Return all parts promptly following the returns process with correct paperwork.
* Work collaboratively within the team to meet departmental KPIs and goals
* Build and maintain professional relationships with customers
* Escalate issues or quality improvements to the Team Leader
* Attend daily calls and team meetings regularly
