This is a flagship project with approximately £40m of mechanical and electrical works, requiring a strong mechanically biased professional to oversee the delivery of mechanical services on site and ensure installation quality, programme performance, and safety standards are maintained throughout the project.
Project Scope The development includes several specialist packages and complex building services elements, including: Energy centre and plant infrastructure Full house M&E systems ITAV integration High-end sanitaryware supply and installation Decorative lighting packages Lift installations Role Overview You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and supervision of mechanical services installation, coordinating subcontractors and site teams while ensuring works are delivered safely, to specification, and to the high standards expected on a luxury residential scheme.
