We are looking for a Housing Officer (Supported Accommodation) who is compassionate, proactive, and passionate about helping others thrive.
In this role, you will act as a housing coach, supporting residents to maintain their contracts, resolve challenges, and build stable, independent lives. You’ll work closely with partner organisations, help manage contracts, promote customer engagement, and help create a safe, psychologically informed environments.

What you will do :
1. Provide a highquality, person-centred housing management service
2. Support contract holders to sustain their homes and overcome challenges
3. Build strong relationships with partner agencies and support staff
4. Resolve housing management issues, disputes, or concerns with confidence and empathy
5. Promote wellbeing, engagement, and a positive community environment
6. Monitor rent accounts and support income recovery
7. Help maintain safe, secure, and wellmanaged projects
